POSCO E&C launched "clean holiday campaign" in 2004 to inform our strong will for ethical practice and to settle transparent partnership. The activities include No gifts exchange with any parties involved in business interest, prohibition of visit to or from partners, return or donation through in-house auction of the gifts sent by companies with business interest at stake. Also POSCO E&C sends a letter signed by CEO to partner companies, calling for them to actively participate in the clean movement.

Beginning in July 2006, on the company's internal EP, e-poster has been posted in the first week of every month, encouraging employees to check the content individually on PC. E-poster contains the company's staunch ethical management principles that respect customers and partner companies, honor transparent transactions. To make the materials interesting, e-poster is made in the form of cartoon.

To nurture active participation and draw attention, the company has been staging a variety of events such as ethics catchphrase contest, dilemma cases contest, cases that block ethical management and other related workplace activities. Between 2005 and 2006, four ethics quiz contests were held so that employees could check and confirm their understanding of specific principles and apply the rules properly when they are required to make an ethical decision in a challenging situation.
